With a fishing rod in hand since he could walk, Matt has spent a lifetime honing his skills on waters both near and far, including the scenic coastlines of Hermanus.
His fishing adventures have taken him across the globe – from inshore and offshore expeditions to rock and surf, and freshwater fishing.
Most of what he knows has been learned through hands-on experience, trial and error, and a deep passion for the sport. Now, as a dedicated Fishing Guide, he shares that knowledge with others, offering expert guidance and tailored fishing experiences.
Whether he’s introducing beginners to the fundamentals or leading experienced anglers to hidden fishing spots, Matt ensures every outing is both educational and unforgettable.
